Refund Policy

Striveo Technologies (AG MEDIA) sells digital software licenses through the Striveo website.

Software licenses are delivered digitally and license keys are generated after successful payment.
Once a license key has been issued or activated, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
If you are charged more than once for the same order, or if a billing error occurs, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
If a purchased software license cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our side, we will either resolve the issue or issue a refund, as applicable.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.
